8月25日，设计界备受瞩目的 ICONIC AWARDS 2021（德国标志性设计奖）正式揭晓获奖名单，SUNLAY三磊+三磊方未建筑工作室共同完成的北京泰康之家 · 燕园三期项目荣获 2021年度 ICONIC AWARDS - CONCEPT - VisionaryArchitecture（概念类-有远见的建筑） - WINNER 奖项 。

ICONIC AWARDS 德国标志性设计奖1953年由德国设计委员会创办，作为世界上最重要、最专业的设计和建筑中心之一，德国设计委员会是设计师和建筑行业之间的桥梁，致力于授予全球优秀设计奖项，从而提高人居生活品质。该奖项继承德式严谨精神，注重设计作品的前瞻性、创新性、可持续交互性。作为一个推崇多学科互动的国际性竞赛奖项，ICONIC AWARDS为整个建筑与设计界提供了一个大平台,旨在发掘建筑、设计和工业领域中富有远见卓识的优秀作品。

老年社区的创新呈现Innovative presentation of the elderly community
泰康之家·燕园三期Taikang Community Yan Garden

泰康之家•燕园位于北京昌平新城核心区，紧邻白浮泉湿地公园、蟒山国家森林公园。
Taikang CommunityYan Garden is situated in Beijing, in the heart of Changping New Town, and isin the vicinity of both Baifuquan Wetland Park and Mangshan National ForestPark. 

规划布局Planning andLayout 泰康之家•燕园为泰康CCRC旗舰性养老产品，也是泰康的第一个养老社区。一二期已建设完成并投入运营。建成部分包含独立生活、协助生活、专业护理、记忆照护四个不同业态，同时配有泰康二级康复医院、酒店、老年活动服务中心为一体的服务设施以及舒适的景观环境。
Taikang Community YanGarden is Taikang CCRC’s flagship elderly care product and also Taikang’s firstlife plan community. Phase I and Phase II have been completed and put intooperation. The completed sections include four different formats, includingindependent living, assisted living, professional nursing and memory care. Atthe same time, the completed sections are equipped with service facilities suchas a secondary rehabilitation hospital, hotel and elderly activity servicecenter, in addition to a calming landscape environment.

泰康之家•燕园三期整体功能包含居住类活力生活、老年人活力中心两大业态。规划布局规整有序、延续原有空间格局。以礼序组织空间，通过不同尺度的空间围合形成六进院落，再现庭院生活，以激发人们心中亲土地、亲自然的天性。同时考虑以闭环的风雨连廊贯穿全期首层，增强社区的联动性，以及老年人活动中心的空间粘性。
Taikang CommunityYan Garden Phase III will include two functions: a residential format for those wholead an active lifestyle, and an elderly activity center. The planning layoutis standardized and orderly, and the original spatial structure has beenmaintained. The space isorganized in accordance with traditional ceremonies. By utilizing enclosures ofvarying dimensions, a six-entrance courtyard is created, so as to reproduce acourtyard environment and stimulate an affinity for land and nature in thehearts and minds of residents. At the same time, the sheltered verandah in aclosed-loop layout runs through the entire first floor of Phase III, whichenhances the interconnectedness of the community and lends a welcomingatmosphere to the Elderly Activity Center space.

泰康之家•燕园老年人活力中心Taikang Community Yan Garden Elderly Activity Center 老年人活力中心位于社区的核心位置。建筑如一颗水珠滴落，在场地中激起涟漪，形成一片白色、柔软的云朵，最终转化为自由的大屋顶。通向白浮泉湿地公园的连桥使建筑与自然产生了更加紧密的联系。设计师希望建筑融于自然并以自然的语言带动老年人社区活力。
The ElderlyActivity Center is located at the center of the community. Like a solitary dropof water, the site stirs ripples which spread out from its center. Rising, itforms a soft, white cloud that finally transforms into an unbounded roof. Thebridge leading to Baifuquan Wetland Park more closely links the architecture tonature. Our designer’s intention is that the architecture will function as anatural language which blends seamlessly with nature and drive the sense ofvitality within the elderly community.
